Long-Term Care

We offer a family-like environment where our residents have all their needs met. They enjoy three hot meals daily, a clean and healthy environment, and activities that engage and promote socialization. The facility is staffed 24/7 with professional nursing to provide around-the-clock care. Via Fleur Heights offers private and semi-private suites, and a friendly and safe environment to our residents.

Skilled Unit

Our renewed skilled unit has 14 individualized bedrooms and bathrooms, an additional therapy shower room, an in-house gym and therapy team, a common dining area, and two beautiful seating areas for patients and visitors. Memory Care Unit
